AVID Tutors Needed

The AVID class at Round Rock High School is looking for tutors!  AVID tutors facilitate and guide small groups through questioning, discussion and thinking under the supervision of the classroom teacher. Opportunities are available weekly from 9:05-4:20 Monday -Thursday. Tutors are paid $10.00 an hour. Please contact Kelly Martin at kelly_martin@roundrockisd.org if you are interested.  All tutors (new and returning) are required to attend a paid, 6-hour tutor training session on Saturday, September 16th from 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Old Hopewell Building, 1311 Round Rock Avenue.
