11:05 – 11:15    Passing Period

11:15 –  1:15    8th Period Exam

Pre-Arranged Pick-up During Semester Exams

Students must be present on the day of exams in order to be eligible for their exemptions.  If you need to pick your student up early, we ask that you follow our pre-arranged pick-up policy. This will expedite the checkout process and reduce the wait time for parents picking up their students.

Notes should be submitted to Vicky Sulaica (vicky_sulaica@roundrockisd.org) in the attendance office at least 48 hours in advance.  Please include your student’s name and ID number, your name, your phone number, the time you want to pick up your student, and whether your student should meet you in the 100 or 1200 office.

During semester exams, in order to be counted as present, your student must be in class from the time the class starts until the time listed on the chart below.  If your student leaves prior to this time, he/she will be marked absent, will receive a ‘1’ on the exam, and will be required to make up the exam after the winter break.
