Spring 2018 Testing

EOC Testing: Algebra I, Biology & US History

End of Course Exams (EOC) for Algebra I, Biology, and US History will take place this week.

  • Monday, 5/7/2018: Algebra I

  • Tuesday, 5/8/2018: Biology

  • Wednesday, 5/9/2018: US History

Each exam is 4 hours in length and will be administered as an online exam, unless students received pre-approved accommodations indicating a different exam form. Students are expected to bring their fully charged chromebook and headphones or earbuds (if approved with accommodations); however, a limited number of computer/headphones will be available if the need arises.

Re-testing students will be given the opportunity to take the exam during this administration. If you have questions about your student’s testing status, please contact the RRHS Campus Testing Coordinator, Tina Moreland at christine_moreland@roundrockisd.org or students can visit her office, room 1210.

Students who are scheduled to take an AP Exam during their scheduled EOC Exam, will take their AP Exam on the scheduled date and the EOC on Thursday, 5/10/2018. If you have any questions, please contact Lauren Winship at lauren_winship@roundrockisd.org.

The anticipated testing window for each EOC is 9:30AM-1:30PM . All students testing will attend D-Lunch and report to their 4th/8th period for their regular class.

Students will not be provided with a snack and water during testing during this administration. Students are allowed to bring their own “non-messy” snacks and water.  (No nuts, and no Flaming Hot Cheetos, please!)

Non-testing Students:On the morning of the exam, testing students are encouraged to arrive by 8:55 AM and report directly to their assigned testing classroom. Student testing classroom assignments have been posted in the following campus locations: 1100 Cafeteria, 1200 Foyer and 100 Student Center. Attendance will be taken by their assigned testing proctor.

If your student is not participating in EOC Testing on May 7th-May 9th, they will follow their regular bell schedule; however, classrooms in the 1300, 2200, 2300 and 2500 wings will be relocated. Teachers will share the relocated classrooms with students and relocation lists will be posted  posted throughout the campus before each test day.

Student lunches will be determined according to the relocated classroom.  All  students with an academic class during 3rd/7th period will attend either A, B or C lunch.

Student check-outs will only be permitted in the 1200 Building Main Office as the 100 Main Office is closed.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Lauren Winship (Assistant Principal)  at 512-464-6012 or Tina Moreland (Campus Testing Coordinator) at christine_moreland@roundrockisd.org
