Course Verification Forms

Students received their Course Verification Forms with their IPRs today; please review the course selections very carefully to ensure that they are the courses that were choosen during the student conference with the counselor. If changes were made, then students must return the Course Verification Form, with a parent signature, to the counselor by Friday, May 18, 2018. If students have questions about the Verification Form  procedure, then they should go to see their counselors.
