Dragon Duel

In yesterday’s Dragon Duel, Teachers vs Students Quiz Bowl match, faculty members Travis McKinney, Justin May, Clay Bennett, Patrick Horton, and Gloria Ogboaloh took on the students!  Our illustrious staff took an early lead, but the students came from behind and surpassed them during the second half. The teachers then managed to tie it up going into the penultimate question. They pulled ahead on question 19, and the students incorrectly answered question 20–saying “Genghis Khan” instead of “Atilla the Hun”–and leaving the teachers to a hard-fought victory.
