Cap and Gown Distribution

HERFF JONES WILL BE DELIVERING CAP AND GOWNS AND GRADUATION PRODUCTS TO ROUND ROCK HS ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 6^th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Herff Jones representatives will be located AT THE 1100 BUILDING GYM AT ROUND ROCK HS for a drive up delivery.  In order to facilitate this delivery, students/parents are asked to arrive during the following time frame:

• Students with a last name beginning A-G arrive between 10:00 am to 11:00 am,
• Students with a last name beginning H- M arrive between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
• Students with a last name beginning N-S arrive between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, and
• Students with a last name beginning T-Z arrive between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm

PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR!  A REPRESENTATIVE WILL COME TO YOU.   YOU MAY WRITE YOUR STUDENTS FIRST AND LAST NAME ON A SHEET OF PAPER AND PLACE IN YOUR CAR WINDOW.  YOUR ORDER WILL THEN BE PLACED IN EITHER YOUR TRUNK OR BACKSEAT.

Orders with balances should be paid in full by 4:00 pm Tuesday, May 5th.  Payment may be made online at www.texashj.com.

***RRHS staff members will also be on hand to deliver stoles, cords, awards, gifts etc. 

Enter RRHS off of Deep Wood Drive follow the bus loop around and exit out in front of the school.
