Parade Update

Calling all Dragons; past, present, and future to come out and celebrate the 104th Homecoming of Round Rock High School with a special pep rally following the traditional Homecoming Parade. This pep rally will celebrate traditions new and old as we prepare to take on Stony Point High School. This year’s pep rally theme is in keeping with the district theme of One Family. We would like to welcome each of our feeder schools to celebrate with us at the pep rally and at the actual Homecoming game. This pep rally will be held at the Round Rock Dragon Stadium (Dr. R.L. Peters Field) at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.

Before the pep rally Round Rock’s Student Council will be holding their annual Homecoming Parade. This parade begins at 5:00 pm near the Round Rock West Park (Duck Pond) and will end around 6:15 pm in the Micki Krebsbach Parking Lot at the High School. After the parade Dragon Nation would like to invite the community to meet members of the Varsity Athletic Teams, Rocky the Dragon mascot, and Spirit Organizations. There will also be food trucks in the parking lot following the parade and before the pep rally. Attendees will be able to purchase spirit wear from various organizations around campus at this time. This pep rally will feature performances from the Dragonettes, Cheerleaders, Ballet Folklorico, Dragon Pride, Rock Revolution Hip Hop Club, the Dragon Band, and an introduction of the 2017 Homecoming Court Nominees. Like any other pep rally there will also be cheers, cadences, and tons of Dragon Spirit. This event will be fun for all ages! Please come out and support your Dragons and Go Rock Go!
