Band Success!

Congratulations to the following members of the Dragon Band for their efforts at the TMEA (Texas Music Educator’s Association) Region 26 Band Auditions. The auditions were held on Friday and Saturday, December 8th and 9th at Cedar Ridge High School. 131 students from Round Rock participated in the contest with the other 6A schools in our region – Westwood, McNeil, Cedar Ridge, Stony Point, Pflugerville, Hendrickson and Manor.

The following students placed in either the top region band, the second region band or made district. Students marked with an asterisk advanced to the Area auditions to be held in January. If successful at that auditions, they will be Texas All-State musicians.
