Congratulations to RRHS German students!

On Feb. 3, four RRHS students competed at Sprachfest in San Antonio.  Approximately 500 students from 22 schools across central Texas competed in various categories such as Poetry Reading, Grammar, Vocabulary, Culture, Original Models, Directed Dialogue, and many others.  RRHS took home the Klein Aber Fein Award for the most sweepstakes points by a small group.   Senior Erin Risinger won four 1st places, two 2nd places, and a 7th.  Sophomore Errett Corbiere won 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 8th.  Freshman Eric Risinger won 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 8th, and 9th.  Freshman Sruthi Gunturu won two 6ths, 7th, and 9th places.   Erin, Eric, and Errett qualified for State Competition, which will take place at the end of February.  Ausgezeichnet, Drachen!!
