German Success!!

Congratulations to RRHS German students!

On Feb. 24, three RRHS students competed in the 36th Texas State German Contest, held at Texas State University.  Approximately 1028 students from 65 schools across Texas competed in various academic and cultural categories.  Senior Erin Risinger won in Listening Comp (1st), Spelling (1), Poetry Reading (2), Sight Reading (4), Reading Comp (7), and Grammar (9). Sophomore Errett Corbiere won in Vocab (7th) and Spelling (8).  Freshman Eric Risinger won in Poetry Reading (2nd), Original Models (3), and Sight Reading (7).
