Round Rock High School Band Success!!
After the Area round of audition this weekend – The Dragon Band has 3 students advancing to TMEA All State!
- Siddharth Iyer, Clarinet
- Devin Gonzales, Contra Bass Clarinet
- Dane Moak, French Horn
These students will represent the band at the Texas Music Educators Association Clinic and Convention in February in San Antonio! This is the highest honor a student musician can achieve in the state of Texas.
Also we have some alternates who just missed the cut!
- Aidan Smoot, Piccolo is 1st alternate
- Cosme Mascarenas, Alto Clarinet is 1st alternate
- Ethan Ortiz, Bass Clarinet is 1st alternate
- Charlie Bass, Oboe is 2nd alternate
- Andrew Avery, Percussion is 2nd alternate
