Fine Arts Collection of Uniforms, Costumes, and Instruments

As we begin to close out the school year, we need to collect uniforms, costumes, and instruments from all 2020 Seniors and any student that will not be returning to Round Rock High School in the Fall of 2020.  In addition we will need to collect any outstanding monetary obligations. 

**All visual arts such as drawings, paintings and pottery will be picked up next school year.**

Specific information about particular Fine Arts program is detailed below:

BAND

TUESDAY, MAY 19, 2020    |    9:00 AM –  Noon

Woodwinds: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM    |    Brass: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM    |    Percussion & Colorguard: 11:00 AM to Noon

    PROCEDURE:

     

    1. Place all uniforms in a plastic trash bag.  Be sure to include all pieces of the uniform
    2. Place the student’s NAME on a piece of tape or paper ATTACHED to the tie of the bag.  In order to keep accurate records please make all information legible.  
    3. If your items are located in the band hall – place a note in the trash bag identifying the items and their location.  
    4. Missing or Lost Equipment – place a note identifying items lost or missing.  
    5. Students will be placed on an obligation for any missing items. 
    6. Make sure instruments are in their cases and/or all components are included.
    LOCATION:  PLEASE FOLLOW TRAFFIC FLOW BELOW

     

    1. Enter the school off DEEP WOOD DRIVE and take a left and loop around the 1200 Building.
    2. Drive straight toward the band hall and turn right when you see the barricades and park on the side of the building.  
    3. Upon arrival – Do Not Get Out of your Vehicles
    4. A RRHS employee will collect items as vehicles arrive – simply open your trunk and a RRHS staff member will retrieve your labeled trash bag and instrument.

      Tuesday, MAY 2, 2020    |    9:00 AM – 11:00 AM 

       

      Students needing to check out a new instrument for the summer because a change of assignment or for incoming Freshman will be given an opportunity to do so on this date.

      1. Enter the school off DEEP WOOD DRIVE and take a left and loop around the 1200 Building.
      2. Drive straight toward the band hall and turn right when you see the barricades and park on the side of the building.  
      3. Upon arrival – Do Not Get Out of your Vehicles
      4. A RRHS employee will place your instrument in your trunk or back seat. 

      Choir

      Tuesday, MAY 19, 2020  |  1:00 PM –3:00 PM

      1. Enter the school off 620 and NORTH LAKE CREEK DRIVE. (Across from Nikki’s Pizza)
      2. Drive straight toward the 300 building and the GOALS building and turn left when you see the ramp into the GOALS building.    
      3. Upon arrival – Do Not Get Out of your Vehicles
      4. A RRHS employee will collect items as vehicles arrive – simply open your trunk and a RRHS staff member will retrieve your labeled trash bag.

      Orchestra

      Tuesday, MAY 19, 2020    |    10:00 AM – Noon

      1. Enter the school off DEEP WOOD DRIVE next to the softball field and pool.  
      2. Take a left at the stop sign and then enter the buses only lane in front of the 1100 Building/ Gymnasium. 
      3. Stop at the first entrance.
      4. Upon arrival – Do Not Get Out of your Vehicles
      5. A RRHS employee will collect items as vehicles arrive – simply have your instrument in the back seat and a RRHS staff member will retrieve your labeled trash bag and instrument. 

      DANCE

      Tuesday, MAY 19, 2020  |  9:00 AM – Noon

      Sophomores: 9:00 AM-10:00 AM    |    Juniors: 10:00 AM -11:00 AM    |    Seniors: 11:00 AM – Noon

       

      1. Wash All Items following the Washing instructions Found Below
      2. Place all clean uniform pieces on hangers and wrap them with a plastic trash bag.  Be sure to include all pieces of the uniform. (Listed Below).
      3. Place all Costume Pieces in a bag.
      4. Place the student’s NAME on a piece of tape or paper ATTACHED to the tie of the bag identifying all bags needed.  In order to keep accurate records please make all information legible.  
      5. If your items are located in the dance room – place a note in the trash bag identifying the items and their location.  
      6. Missing or Lost Equipment – place a note identifying items lost or missing.  
      7. Students will be placed on an obligation for any missing items. 
      LOCATION:  PLEASE FOLLOW TRAFFIC FLOW BELOW

       

      1. Enter the school off DEEP WOOD DRIVE next to the softball field and pool.
