I wanted to give you a quick reminder that yearbook senior ads are due postmarked by November 4. I am attaching the order form to this email in case you need to revisit the information.
Once you have submitted your form and payment, you will receive an email from our business manager’s email address (rrdragonyearbook@gmail.com) that contains your receipt and a link to the Google form to submit your materials. Please do not submit the form until you have all the materials together for your ad. However, we do need your materials by November 15.
Once our business manager has an opportunity to complete your ad, she will send you a proof. Please understand that so many ads come in at the last moment that it usually takes her several months to complete all the ads. We will not send an ad to the yearbook company until it has been proofed.
The senior photo deadline is November 15. Please click here to schedule your appointment. We recognize that there have been a lot of issues with the new company. Like most companies, CADY places the most affordable options at the bottom of the page. The “simple” option is $29. You should also be sure to uncheck the pink oval on the “artist touch” page. Finally, on the page where you review your session details, please click on the pink oval near the top to remove the “double proofs” option.

The photo company provides the tux and drape. Parents should not feel obligated to purchase photos. If students do not have their photo made by the November 15 deadline, we will not be able to include their senior photo in the yearbook. Because of our portrait system, we also can not accept photos from other sources as substitutes.
