Aariv Modi (Sophomore at RRHS) has been selected as a grand winner of the 2023 Congressional App Challenge. Aariv was recognized by Congressman John Carter during the App Challenge Honors Presentation on Saturday, December 2, 2023, at Temple College Academic Center, Temple, TX.
