Round Rock High School 
On Saturday, January 7th, 29 of our Dragon Band students competed in the TMEA Area D competition in Duncanville, TX. This level of competition is where students have the chance to earn their spot as a Texas All State musician. This is the HIGHEST HONOR a student musician can earn in the state of Texas!!! Because Texas has such incredible music programs, these are truly the best of the best high school musicians in the country.
Of our 29 students, a remarkable 10! students earned their spot as a Texas All Stater!

These students will represent RRHS in San Antonio at the TMEA clinic and convention in February. We also had several students finish as first and second alternates! Regardless of the outcome, all 29 of our wonderful students made us proud today!!!!!
